Terms of Service and Rules

If you feel there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us through the inquiry page!  

1. No Refunds for digital goods or design services. If you receive broken or mismatched files, we can offer a replacement or exchange in most situations.
2. Clients understand there is no physical item associated with this transaction. Files will be sent to clients over email or preferred messaging service. Payments may compensate for time, supplies, complexity, and other difficulties in the design process.
3. Files provided will be optimized for digital usage purposes only.
4. Assets are custom created and intended solely for the client’s usage with online platforms (including but not limited to Twitch, YouTube, Discord, Twitter, etc.)
5. Assets may be used for profit in the form of promotional usage such as videos, subscriber perks, thank-you cards etc.
6. Assets MAY NOT be used for profit by direct resale. Usage for NFTs or print on demand merchandising are not allowed. Please disclose your plans for any print usage, so we can discuss licensing and larger file requirements.
7. Our process has a limited number of revisions. Further revisions or indecisiveness may be grounds for additional charges during the design process.
8. Clients may commission a third party to animate or edit these assets, but must give credit to GrifNMore LLC for the original art.
9. Clients are solely responsible for the contents of commissioned work. If a client requests characters of IPs that they do not own, then the client knowingly accepts responsibility. GrifNMore LLC accepts no responsibility for any DMCA or other takedown claims due to the use of copyrighted concepts and characters.
10. Assets and designs MAY NOT be resold to a third party.
